.SO bans more Pirate Sites

Jokes about Somalian Pirates aside, at least the country’s Top Level Domain (TLD),  wants to eliminate their status as a safe haven for I.P. theft and copyright infringement. The Somali TLD – .SO – has started aggressively banning sites including KickassTorrents. So far eight Kickass related domains have been removed. This aggressive action demonstrates a surprising, and welcome, shift in policy.
